October 2020 was marked by the outstanding event: more than 1000 ATMs of Raiffeisen Bank Romania have been successfully migrated to the Ukrainian Processing System. Currently 1099 ATMs are being processed on the new UPC’s authorization system Authentic, NCR company. Thus Raiffeisen Bank Romania has become the first foreign bank that operates according to the new UPC’s standards, and the process of migration to Authentic continues with the other European banks.

Due to the combined efforts and high professionality of UPC and RBRO the migration project was completed in record time: 11 months instead of 18.

Anton Romanchuk, UPC’s CEO: “I have to confess that the project was complicated, in course of which we were constantly looking for nonstandard solutions to meet the bank’s requirements and desires. And we again have proved to be the most flexible, progressive and effective service provider operating in countries of Central and Eastern Europe. I would like to thank everybody involved in the process”.
