According to the results of 2023, the National Bank identified three important technological operators of payment services, including PJSC "Ukrainian Processing Center".

The distribution of payment infrastructure objects by categories of importance was carried out by the regulator in accordance with international practices to increase their reliability and efficiency, as well as to bring their activities in line with international standards, namely management and organization of activities, access and participation in the payment system, risk management systems, finality of settlements, ensuring cybersecurity, and continuity management.
