On the 23rd and 24th of October, several races occurred with over 8 thousand participants from 53 countries from around the world.

This year was the fourth time UPC has been a part of the event and 53 employees took part in the competition. Participants from the company registered for all the proposed distances: 4.2, 10, 21, and 42 kilometers.

Alyona Chuzhakova, Head of HR, UPC: “UPC first joined the competition in 2017, winning prizes among IT teams and the banking sector for two years in a row. For the first time, a team of 8 people was assembled. Some of them still continue to run and have already become real marathoners (42 km) and half-marathoners (21 km).
The team of runners continues to grow, and today 53 of our employees have become part of the event. The marathon is incredible emotionally, an atmosphere of unity and euphoria, both for participants and spectators."

Every year, the sports community in UPC grows significantly, with more and more employees partaking in various events and competitions.
