The Ukrainian Processing Center (UPC) has once again confirmed its leadership position in the Ukrainian payments market at the jubilee 10th PSM Awards ceremony. The company received a silver award for its processing services and a bronze award for its Open Banking platform OneLinkUA in the category “Best SaaS Solution in Fintech.”

UPC has consistently taken first or second place in the “Best Processing” category since 2020, when the organizers first introduced this nomination into the PSM Awards list. Last year, UPC completed the migration of most of its clients to the Authentic processing platform by NCR. This step significantly simplifies the implementation of innovations designed to enhance services for client banks. In 2025, another Ukrainian bank joined UPC’s processing services, further demonstrating the company’s competitive advantage.

As for the second award, UPC has received it for the first time. The OneLinkUA platform, recognized at the PSM Awards, aims to aggregate all Open Banking APIs of Ukrainian banks into a single national HUB. Among other benefits, its adoption will allow TPP companies to connect to all Ukrainian Open Banking services through one processing center. This important step is part of a large scale project aimed at creating a unified, convenient, and open platform for all professional market participants.

Recently, the company also announced the launch of full scale operations as the first Open Banking provider in Ukraine under a SaaS cloud model, opening a new stage in the development of open banking in the national financial services market. As part of the preparation, UPC updated its information profile in accordance with the requirements of the NBU’s Open Banking Regulation and received the status of a technology operator, officially confirming the company’s readiness to operate in the new ecosystem.

“We are very grateful to the PSM Awards organizers and all colleagues who supported UPC during the voting for this recognition. Year after year, this award remains an important indicator of progress in the development of Ukrainian fintech. We will continue making every effort to maintain our leadership position and once again appear among the winners of this prestigious award,” commented UPC CEO Anton Romanchuk.

PSM Awards (PaySpace Magazine Awards) is an annual nationwide award launched in 2016 as a platform for recognizing companies, startups, and experts in the financial technology sector. Each year, hundreds of companies participate, and tens of thousands of users join the voting. The evaluation process includes several stages: submission of applications, open public voting, and the selection of winners by an expert jury and the PaySpace Magazine editorial team.
