Ukrainian Processing Center (UPC) has successfully completed integration testing with the Central Router and the Settlement and Clearing Center of the National Payment System (NPS) PROSTIR as part of the implementation of PROSTIR e-Secure 2.0, the enhanced security technology for e-commerce transactions.
During the project, the team completed all required test cases for the issuing domain, and the corresponding 3D Secure (3DS) components were certified. Following successful testing, PROSTIR e-Secure 2.0 has been moved into full production.
Implementation of modern authentication and payment protection mechanisms will enhance the security of e-commerce transactions for both issuers and cardholders of the NPS PROSTIR payment system, while also supporting further development of Ukraine’s national payment infrastructure.
The National Bank of Ukraine expressed its appreciation to UPC for its productive cooperation and significant contribution to the development of the PROSTIR National Payment System.
NPS PROSTIR is a key component of Ukraine’s national financial infrastructure, providing citizens, businesses, and government institutions access to modern payment services. Continued development of secure e-commerce services within the system helps strengthen user confidence in online payments and enhances the competitiveness of Ukraine’s payment market.
