This summer UPC successfully confirmed compliance with PCI PIN Security standards.

For UPC custumers it means that our company privides PIN-protection for transactions in ATMs and POS-terminals of trade enterprises.

The implementation of the requirements of this program allows to ensure the protection from the moment they are entered on the keyboard of ATM or POS-terminal to the processing in the payment system of acquirer and issuer.

Boris Kosyakov, Director of Security Department, UPC:

«PCI PIN Security Requirements compliance certificate means that UPC employees worked daily not only to support but also to improve the security system».

The audit was conducted by the Irish auditing company «Advantio» in May 2020. Already in July UPC recived the PCI PIN Security Requirements compliance certificate.
