Dear customers and partners we would like to inform you that as of March 15, 2022, the Ukrainian Processing Center is working and performing its functions.

This applies to all services, including 3 DS Issuing, POS-terminal acquiring, ATM acquiring, e-commerce, money transfers, and others - work and are available.

Note that other systems and services, including issuer authorization services on bank cards, POC-terminal acquiring, ATM acquiring, e-commerce, money transfers, and - work and are available.

UPC promptly implements the requirements of payment systems. According to Visa and Masterсard's announcement of suspending all russian operations we’ve blocked authorization for all russian BINs of both Cards Schemes in the authorization.

The UPC team works in a 24/7 mode to ensure the availability of services and systems.
UPC performed switching of all UPC clearing systems to Vienna Data Center. So the process of full switch-over to Vienna site has been finished.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, on February 24, 2022, the UPC has had peak loads on the systems and no unplanned downtime.
