The company confirmed its compliance with the high standards of PCI PIN Security, PCI DSS, and PCI 3DS ACS.

As an ACS and 3DS Server service provider, UPC underwent an audit of the 3D Secure service infrastructure to ensure alignment with the requirements outlined in the international payment system's governing documents concerning physical and logical security.

Compliance with PCI PIN Security requirements for UPC customers means the full protection of PIN codes during transactions at ATMs and POS terminals. Implementing these requirements ensures the security of PIN codes from the moment they are entered on the ATM or POS terminal keypad until they are processed by acquiring and issuing payment systems.

The PCI DSS compliance certificate attests to UPC's commitment not only to modernizing systems, updating structures, and procedures but also to enhancing security levels. All stages of data protection, transmission, storage, and processing within the processing center adhere to international information security standards.

It's important to mention that data centers in Ukraine and Vienna were included in the audit scope.

The completion of these audits in 2023 finalized UPC's certification process with international payment systems and reaffirmed the company's high operational standards.
